Carrot Crush Tequila Cocktail

Ingredients

🥕 2 ounces tequila

🥕 ½ ounce carrot shrub

🥕 ½ ounce fresh lime juice

🥕 ice cubes

🥕 sparkling water 

🥕 lime wedges and carrot curls for garnish

Instructions

🥕 Combine tequila, carrot shrub, and fresh lime juice in a cocktail shaker.

🥕 Add a handful of ice cubes to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to chill the ingredients.

🥕 Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice cubes.

🥕 Top off the glass with sparkling water.

🥕 Garnish with lime wedges and carrot curls.
