How do I apply for an account?

Click the “Apply for an account” button above and fill in the form details. We’ll review your application and get back to you. Once approved, you’ll activate your account, create a password, and be ready to order in seconds!

How do I sign in?

If you have applied for an account and it is approved, we sent you an invitation to activate your account. If you need us to resend that to you, email hello@urban-pharm.com.

What's your minimum?

We ask for each order to contain a minimum of 2 cases (single flavors per case).

How much is delivery?

Delivery is $5 within the local Cambridge, MA area.

How long until my order is delivered?

Please allow 7-10 days for delivery.
