Shrub Marinade
In a small bowl, whisk together
- Urban Pharm Shrub, the flavor of your choice (1 tablespoon)
- White wine (½ cup)
- Olive oil (¼ cup)
- Lemon juice (1 tablespoon)
- Fresh chopped herbs, herbs of your choice (3 tablespoons)
- Garlic, 1 clove minced
- Salt & Pepper
Marinade chicken in the marinade in a shallow bowl or plastic bag (8 hours or overnight)
